Biblical Resources, Inc., was founded in 1990 by Dr. Jim Klubnik and his wife, Peggi, for the purpose of providing biblical insight and instruction in evangelism, discipleship, and leadership training in churches, Bible colleges, home Bible studies, and on the radio.
Ministry Experience. Dr. Klubnik has over thirty years of pastoral experience, including nine years as Minister of Youth at the Church of the Open Door in Los Angeles, California, pastored by Dr. J. Vernon McGee After leaving the full-time pastorate, Jim served as an interim pastor for 13 years. Peggi loves teaching women’s Bible studies and has also served as a women’s ministry consultant.
In 1984, Jim and Peggi began a ministry behind the Iron Curtain at the invitation of Campus Crusade for Christ and Eastern European Seminary. In addition to Evangelistic outreaches, they have also taught in New Life Bible College, Trinity Bible College and Ukraine Bible Institute. Jim has also conducted seminars for pastors and church leaders in the former Soviet Union.
Radio Ministry. After co-hosting the Pastor’s Study, on the KHCB Radio Network in Houston, Texas. Jim was invited to start the Questions and Answers program in 1974. For many years, he also taught a Sunday morning Bible study. At one time, Peggi taught a Bible study for women entitled, Uniquely You. KHCB now broadcasts in four states.
From 1979 to 2013, Jim taught at the College of Biblical Studies (formerly Houston Bible Institute). CBS is the largest accredited multi-ethic Bible college in America. Peggi has taught courses for women at CBS.
Educational Background. A graduate of U.C.L.A. in political science, Jim also holds the Master of Theology and the Doctor of Ministries from Dallas Theological Seminary. Peggi graduated from University of Houston, Clear Lake, with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology. She also holds a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary.
