Biblical Resources, Inc. , was founded in 1990 by Dr. James J. Klubnik and his wife, Peggi, with the purpose of providing biblical insight and instruction in evangelism, discipleship, and leadership training. 

Ministry Experience.  Dr. Klubnik has over thirty years of pastoral experience, including 9 years as Minister of Youth at the Church of the Open Door in Los Angeles, California. After leaving the full-time pastorate in 1980, he served as an interim pastor for 13 years.  Peggi has been teaching Bible studies for women for more than  30 years and has served as a women's ministry consultant to various churches. 

In 1984, Jim and Peggi began a ministry to communist Eastern Europe by invitation of Campus Crusade for Christ and Eastern European Seminary.   In addition to evangelistic outreaches, they teach in Bible colleges and conduct seminars for church leaders in the former Soviet Union.  Since 1974, Jim has hosted the Questions and Answers Christian talk show on KHCB-FM in Houston, Texas.  Jim and Peggi have also taught at the College of Biblical Studies.  

Education Background.  A graduate of U.C.L.A. in political science, Jim also holds the Master of Theology and the Doctor of Ministries from Dallas Theological Seminary. Peggi graduated from University of Houston, Clear Lake, with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Psychology.  She also holds a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary.
